General objective: Discovering typical culinary cultural values in Gia Lai province, from which proposing solutions to exploit culinary cultural values in the tourism development in Gia Lai.
Specific objective:
- Investigating and finding the typical culinary cultural specialities of Gia Lai province, and simultaneously contact domestic and foreign practices to discover culinary culture in tourism development of the province.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of exploiting culinary cultural values in tourism development in Gia Lai during the period
- Building a culinary service model in conjunction with tourism based on outstanding features of the local culture
- Proposing solutions to exploit cultural culinary values in tourism development in Gia Lai.
