In the framework of the project: “Technical Support for Enhancing the National Capacity to Prevent and Reduce Child Labour in Viet Nam (ENHANCE) (ILO-MOLISA), Ms. To Hai Yen is in charge in livelihood improvement section from VIRI, made a presentation on needs assessment and action plan at 4 suburd districts in Hanoi. In the framework of the project: “Technical Support for Enhancing the National Capacity to Prevent and Reduce Child Labour in Viet Nam (ENHANCE) (ILO-MOLISA), Ms. To Hai Yen is in charge in livelihood improvement section from VIRI, made a presentation on needs assessment and action plan at 4 suburb districts in Hanoi.From the initial results, the activities will be considered for implementation based on local conditions and the needs of households. The proposed activities include training courses on capacity building on marketing, product development design, financial management in household scale … In addition, the support activities such as vocational training or providing labor protection tools and manuals are also implemented, in parallel with enhancing awareness and preventing child labor. |
