From July 24 to July 28, in Vietnam National Village Forethnic Culture And Tourism, in the topic “Melodies from the land”, artists of Bau Truc pottery trade village introduced the process of traditional ceramics production and ceramic products.
Bau Truc pottery was produced with a complete method with mysterious clay and unique molding technique with outdoor burning, artists created a soulful product with typical style of traditional pottery trade village.
Bau Truc pottery village cultural group performed folk music of Cham people. Visitors had the opportunity to experience the ceramic shaping techniques of the Cham people,and immersed themselves in the sound of the drums Ghi Nang, Saranai, and Paranung.
The Bau Truc Pottery Village Community-Tourism Management Board and specialized groups such as culinary, arts performance, pottery, and welcoming are established in the framework of Heritage-Based Tourism Development Project in Bau Truc Pottery Trade Village Truc is sponsored by the British Council, in which VIRI is implementing agency in 2019.
