On February 24, 2017, Dr. W.R Reddy, Director General of National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj (Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India) and representative of MARD Vietnam had a fruitful meeting with Dr. Nguyen Bao Thoa, General Director of Vietnam Rural Industries Research and Development Institute (VIRI) on the rural industries development in Vietnam as well as potential collaboration in the future.
