General purpose of the project:
To promote the preservation and development of cultural heritage and local agricultural specialties in Nghe An province through product innovation, tourism linkage, and value enhancement, thereby contributing to local economic development and sustainable livelihoods.
Specific objectives:
- To preserve and develop the traditional folk song ‘Ví Dặm’ and link it with tourism. To support tourism management and welcoming visitors to the orange orchard. To enhance the value of orange products in Con Cuong district by creating new products from fresh oranges.
- To develop local specialties in Nam Dan and Con Cuong districts, Nghe An province: Utilizing available resources to create new products such as peanut cakes, arrowroot lemon powder, ginger arrowroot powder, etc.
- To develop noodle products in Quy Chinh village, Van Dien commune: turmeric noodles, seaweed noodles, daisy noodle, etc.
