General purpose of the project:

To enhance the forest land right access and land ownership for poor farmers through the development of non-timber forest products (NTFPs).

Specific objectives:

  • To implement agroforestry land allocation with community participation using the EPIC method. Establishing a land use access plan based on a participatory land mapping method. 500 hectares of agroforestry land have been allocated to ethnic minority communities in two communes.
  • To support economic empowerment through forest enrichment and sustainable harvesting.
  • To conduct training sessions on non-timber forest product harvesting techniques, enhancing skills, and providing seedling training to generate income for beneficiary households.
